Southwest Sportswear is a family owned and operated business based in DFW. We pride ourselves on providing quality, affordable, custom screen-printing on every type of garment.
Our goal is to provide quality, personalized screen-printing nationwide. We want every design and print to represent our customers with excellence. We use high grade plastisol and discharge inks to produce a quality print that our customers can depend on. We are committed to using Southwest Sportswear to advance the Kingdom of God and do our very best to run our company based on Biblical values.
Southwest Sportswear came to life in 1990. It started as a very small, 4 man operation with 2 small printers and has since grown into a screen-printing empire. We now employ about 20 people and have 6 automatic presses.
Our company has slowly grown over the last 27 years due to our commitment to excellence and personal customer service. We have been blessed to work for many awesome people over the years and have forged many friendships.
Scott founded Southwest Sportswear in 1989. He has since grown it from a 3 guy operation to the screen-printing empire it is today. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 kids, grandkids and 2 dogs, along with listening to classic rock or talking politics with a really good cigar in hand.
Production and Office Manager
Mandy is Scott’s eldest child. She has been working with the company on and off since childhood and took on the role of manager in 2013. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and 2 kids as well as exploring new coffee shops and listening to country music.
Production and Office Administrator
Trevor is only son in the Carstens’ family, therefore he gets picked on (and spoiled) the most. Trevor worked as a machine loader throughout highschool and was promoted to office/production admin in 2016. Trevor enjoys playing video games and exploring Ikea.
